The board is the page. Instead of a hero followed by a features grid, the wine list is framed as an actual chalkboard: a double-bordered slate with tonight's date written in Caveat, five filter pills that tilt when pressed, dashed chalk leaders under every wine, and one red entry struck through with a lemon "gone, sorry" tape stuck over it at 21:40 yesterday. The hero's line-art bottle, glass and olives are drawn in a single chalk stroke with only the wine filled in rose, and the same stroke vocabulary carries into the house-rules icons and a sketched map of the Graça block, so the whole site reads as one hand holding one piece of chalk.
Oliverjeffers - The core move: a hand-lettered headline on a deep, dark ground with small chalk crosses scattered as stars. The hero art's twinkling crosses and the Caveat display face come straight from studying this fold.
