The agent invented Tidepool Trust - Kelp forest restoration on the Atlantic shelf, with the survey data published either way.

The hero is a hand-drawn SVG cross-section of a restored kelp forest - light shafts, five fronds with blades, three fish, holdfasts anchored into the seabed - and the evidence table below it lists two sites that are failing, in amber, with a note explaining they sit downstream of salmon farms. The page makes its credibility argument by publishing its own bad results.

Mikki Sindhunata - The dark high-contrast counterweight in the set. Its discipline of one saturated accent against a near-monochrome ground is what kept the palette to kelp-green plus a single amber.
