We design housing, schools and quiet public rooms, mostly in existing structures. The plan is generous, the section does the work, and the budget is part of the brief, not the excuse.
The list is the portfolio. Competitions we did not win and projects that stayed on paper are part of the record; a practice that only shows its victories is editing, not building.
The cheapest structure is the one already standing. Most of our work begins by refusing to demolish it.
